Understanding the underlying causes of male infertility is crucial for effective diagnosis and treatment. A thorough evaluation typically involves a combination of medical history, physical examination, and laboratory tests.

Medical History and Physical Examination
  • Medical History:
    • Age

    • History of medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, mumps orchitis)
